WDVR FM is a Non-Commercial Radio Station. As such it does not air commercials but depends solely on its listeners and local business owners for its income. WDVR receives no federal funding or large corporate grants and is not licensed to any college or university; it is a totally independent. All WDVR’s funding comes only from the public it serves.

WDVR, now in its 17th year of broadcasting, operates with a staff of over fifty, unpaid volunteers. Our volunteers give of their time freely, to provide the public air waves and the World Wide Web a uniquely diversified format of programming, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. One hundred percent of a donation to WDVR goes directly into the operation of the station-there are no salaries.

WDVR is licensed to a New Jersey non-profit 501 (C) (3) corporation therefore all donations are tax-deductible. That means a donation to WDVR FM is a win-win-win situation; the station gets its much needed revenue, the donor gets great programming and a tax deduction to boot. In addition WDVR has several gift-premiums for your donation.
