Shep Cohen has been hosting the World of Work on Fridays since 1997. Each week he has an engaging interview with working people about their jobs and discusses a multitude of work topics. Through interviews ranging from the "salt of the earth" to the famous, Shep sparks interesting and provocative discussions with a wide variety of guests, about a vast array of employment issues.
Shep is married to genealogist and educator Sharon Mark Cohen, and they have three children, Judd, Rina and Moss.
In his professional life, Shep is a labor lawyer, and has appeared many times in "New Jersey Monthly" and "New York Magazine" as a super lawyer, after being elected to this honor by his peers. He has been an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law in Newark for more than two decades, where he teaches courses in labor and employment law .
